Forecasters predict that difficult weather conditions will continue until November 28.
Traffic was blocked on 14 roads, and settlements were cut off in 16 regions, the State Emergency Service reported.
The most difficult situation is in the north and south of the Odessa region: snow reaches one and a half meters.
Rescuers, police, National Guardsmen, and border guards are involved in eliminating the consequences of the bad weather. Near the village of Udobnoe, border guards evacuated 42 people from buses, including 10 children. With the help of a snowmobile, rescuers freed six people on the Izmail-Reni highway.
In total, 2 thousand 19 settlements in 16 regions are without power on the territory of Ukraine, 1370 cargo vehicles are in temporary storage areas, 840 cars have been towed.
The State Emergency Service urges drivers to avoid traveling in regions affected by bad weather.
