Residents claim that air defense is operating in the city. Three drones seemed to be flying over Tula. Traditionally, the Russians blamed Ukraine for the UAV attack. The Russian Telegram channels Shot and Mash write about this.
At least one drone was reported to have been shot down over the city. We also heard several UAVs flying in the Zarechensky district.
The authorities of the Smolensk region also announced a drone attack. This makes this the fifth Russian region to report being attacked by a UAV.
