Vladimir Zelensky, the president of Ukraine, fired four deputy commanders of the National Guard.

This is stated in presidential decrees No. 781/2023, No. 782/2023, No. 783/2023 and No. 784/2023 dated September 24, published on the website of the Office of the President.
Zelensky fired:
- from the post of first deputy – Vladimir Kondratyuk;
- from the positions of deputies – Alexander Nabok, Oleg Sakhon and Nikolai Nikolenko.
Assigned to:
- First Deputy Commander of the National Guard – Vadim Gladkov;
- deputies – Alexander Belous and Alexey Osipenko.
Since 2023, Gladkov has been the commander of the 3rd operational brigade named after Colonel Petr Bolbochan. Bilous previously headed the logistics department of the Main Directorate of the National Guard. Alexey was a participant in the ATO and Joint Forces Operation. In December 2022, he received the title of Hero of Ukraine, and is also a knight of the Order of Bohdan Khmelnitsky, III degree.
