On Monday, November 27, the President of the European Council Charles Michel will go to Hungary for a bilateral meeting.
European Council President Charles Michel will visit Hungary on November 27 to meet with Prime Minister Viktor Orban. About that reported press secretary of the President of the European Council, Katerina Kaysing.
“On Monday, the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, will travel to Hungary for a bilateral meeting with the Prime Minister (of Hungary – ed.) Viktor Orbán in preparation for the European Council,” the statement said.
As you know, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban is threatening to block all EU aid to Ukraine, as well as further movement of our country in the bloc, if EU leaders do not agree to re- consider their entire strategy for supporting Kyiv.
Let’s remember that on November 21 in Kyiv, the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, assured that the EU leadership will do everything so that official negotiations on the accession of Ukraine and Moldova to the European Union begin in December. He also named the three main arguments with which he will convince the participants of the summit.
