The traitor turned out to be a 30-year-old local resident who was preparing missile attacks on the city at the beginning of summer.
An FSB agent involved in the preparation of Russian air attacks on Vinnitsa in June of this year received a real prison sentence. The SBU press service reported this on November 24.
To carry out a hostile task, the traitor walked the streets of the city for several weeks and secretly photographed the bases and movement routes of the Defense Forces. So, he tried to identify the locations with the greatest concentration of military equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The Russian agent also checks the area around the most important industrial facilities to determine their level of security and technical condition.
Russia needed the intelligence information for targeted strikes in Vinnitsa using missile weapons and kamikaze drones. However, SBU officers acted promptly and detained the attacker while he was carrying out enemy work.
The traitor turned out to be a 30-year-old local resident who actively supports the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine on Russian social networks. During the search, a mobile phone was confiscated from the detainee, which he used for covert photographic recording and communication with the aggressor.
The court found the FSB agent guilty of high treason committed under martial law and sentenced him to 15 years in prison.
We remind you that in the Kherson region the SBU detained a traitor who “surrendered” his father to the invaders. In the Nikolaev region, a former law enforcement officer who spied on the Ukrainian Armed Forces was exposed and detained.
