A former gynecologist caught pimping for the second time will spend five years behind bars. This was stated in the judgment of the Lutsk City District Court on Tuesday, November 21.
It is known that the man introduced prostitutes to clients and took money for it.
“One of the cases occurred in March 2021, when a man organized a meeting with a client in a hotel in the village of Zmiinets, near Lutsk. Then the doctor received three thousand hryvnias for the service. The man organized similar meetings in spas and saunas,” the report said.
The man received his first conviction for pimping in 2020, when the court gave him three years of probation. However, he continued to pimp.
The man was exposed again in May 2021 and served on suspicion of pimping, again committed (Part 2 of Article 303 of the Criminal Code).
The penalty of the article provides four to seven years in prison. The court sentenced the man to five years and one month in prison.
