Residents of Yevpatoria and Saki report explosions. Apparently, after the explosions, a fire broke out at the Saki Thermal Power Plant. This station supplies heat to the entire city of Saki. This was reported by the Crimean Wind Telegram channel and journalist Andrey Tsaplienko.
