The Russian boy, according to the information from the received call, was supposed to arrive with his belongings at the military registration and enlistment office on November 21.
A resident of the Russian capital shot himself at a local shooting range so that he could not be mobilized and sent to fight in Ukraine. This was confirmed by a video that appeared on Russian social networks on Tuesday, November 21.
Mark Inkelis, a 23-year-old Muscovite, allegedly came to shoot targets, but before he died he wrote to friends that he had received a call to the army and came with his office supplies of military registration and enlistment. According to him, he does not want to join the army.
The man’s friends even called the shooting range and warned its employees about the 23-year-old’s intentions, but they didn’t believe it and thought it was a prank.
Russian journalists established that the man committed suicide in the Shot club.
The deceased was expected to arrive at the military registration and enlistment office with his belongings by Tuesday.

We remind you that the GUR said that the decision to announce the official mobilization in Russia is already on the table in the Kremlin, but it has been postponed due to the presidential elections, which should take place in the spring of 2024.
In addition, GUR estimated the size of the hidden mobilization in Russia at more than 20 thousand people per month. About the same number of Russians were “thrown” to the front in battles with the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
