The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces will distribute and transfer drones to defenders in the hottest areas of the front. This batch included “birds” exclusively made in Ukraine – copters and aircraft-type UAVs: reconnaissance, kamikaze, reusable bombers. Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Development of Education, Science and Technology Mikhail Fedorov announced this on November 18 in Telegram.
“We transferred 2000+ Ukrainian drones from the state to the logistics forces,” he wrote.
According to Fedorov, the UAVs purchased by the government as part of the state program will help hit hostile positions and equipment. Over the past week, drones hit 39 tanks, 57 guns, 34 armored vehicles and 307 strong points. The aggressor country thus lost millions of dollars.
Let us recall that at the beginning of November, Deputy Prime Minister Mikhail Fedorov reported that the Piranha AVD 360 electronic warfare system for protecting armored vehicles from Russian drones, developed by the Ukrainian company Piranha-Tech, had successfully passed field tests.
