Sanctions include freezing assets, restricting trade operations, suspending the fulfillment of economic and financial obligations, and banning participation in the privatization and leasing of state property.
Today, November 18, the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky signed a decree introducing the decision of the National Security and Defense Council to impose personal sanctions for 10 years against eight individuals, most of them Ukrainians collaborator.
In this instance the following are subject to personal penalties:

Dmitry Sablin – Russian politician and deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation;

Dmitry Svyatash – former people’s representative from the Party of Regions;

Dmitry Tabachnik – former Minister of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine, former member of the Party of Regions and adviser to the Gauleiter of the Zaporozhye region;

Yuriy Kot – former Ukrainian TV presenter;
-
Mykola Azarov – former Prime Minister of Ukraine;
-
Sergei Aksenov – self-proclaimed head of the Crimean occupation administration;
-
Leonid Pasechnik – former employee of the Security Service of Ukraine, head of the so-called LPR;
-
Oleg Tsarev is a former people’s representative from the Party of Regions.
Sanctions provide for the blocking of assets, a complete restriction of trade operations, suspension of the fulfillment of economic and financial obligations, a ban on participation in privatization, leasing of state property, acquisition and securities transactions.
We remind you that on October 27, Oleg Tsarev was attacked in Yalta. Two shots were fired at him. Later, the media reported that this attempt was a planned special operation of the SBU.
And on November 7, Tsarev was shown in Russia for the first time after the assassination attempt.
