Soldiers of the Steel Border offensive guard brigade repelled the enemy attack. At the same time, the enemy suffered significant losses. The State Border Service of Ukraine announced this on Facebook on November 17.
It is noted that during the battle, 10 Russian invaders were destroyed, and another 20 were injured and were forced to crawl back.
The State National Security Service also released a video of the consequences of the unsuccessful assault by the Russians.
Let us remind you that Ukrainian border guards launched powerful artillery strikes on Russian army positions in the Liman-Kupyansk direction. Thus, the newly formed fortifications of the invaders were destroyed.
