Separately, Washington imposed sanctions against three tankers. The reason is oil price violations.
On November 16, the United States of America tightened sanctions against the Russian Federation. Sanctions apply to legal entities and tankers. This was reported by the US Treasury.
The following are included in the sanctions lists:

-
LLC Dominion Tverskaya Yaroslavskaya;
-

-
JSC ABS ZEIM Automation;
-
MOSEN ASSET Management LLC;
-
JSC VNIIR Gidroelektroavtomatika;

Legal entities from North Macedonia, UAE, Bosnia and Herzegovina were also subject to restrictions.
In addition, States imposed sanctions against citizens of Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro.
Separately, Washington imposed sanctions against three Liberian-flagged tankers.
According to Deputy Finance Minister Wally Adeyemo, the reason for this is violations of the oil price ceiling.
“We are committed to maintaining market stability despite Russia’s war against Ukraine, while reducing the revenue the Kremlin uses to finance its illegal war and remaining steadfast in pursuing those who facilitate evasion of the cap of price,” he said.
The companies that own these tankers are also authorized.
Let’s recall that in early November, the US authorities announced a new list of sanctions restrictions against Russia. The new restrictions include drone developer Lancet, members of the Russian government, banks, the metallurgical and mining sector, and defense procurement.
It was also reported that the head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, together with the European Commission, presented to the member states a proposal for the 12th package of sanctions against the Russian Federation. The EU plans to expand the “black list” to include representatives of the military, defense and IT sectors of the Russian Federation, as well as “other important economic operators.”
