The Russian invaders created a “people’s militia” detachment in the temporarily occupied Energodar, recruited from several collaborators dependent on the Russians.

This was reported today, November 16, on the website of the Center for National Resistance.
Recently, this detachment of “militia” took the oath of allegiance to the enemy – now they patrol the city along with the police and help the invaders put pressure on the local population.
However, the main idea of creating such a detachment is propaganda, because it allows Russian apologists of lies to talk about “popular support for the occupation,” the CNS notes. — Let us note that a detachment of 15 people was created only two years after the occupation, and the local volunteer battalion was generally staffed by Russians and Serbs.
The CNS notes that, having taken the oath and received weapons, the members of the “people’s militia” became a legitimate target for the Ukrainian defense forces, and when they retreat, the occupiers will leave them in the city – as they did with lower-level Kherson collaborators.
