According to Zelensky, in the absence of Western funding, the question will arise – to reduce payments to the military or to stop providing social assistance to citizens.
Let us recall that in early November the White House admitted that it was reducing aid packages to Ukraine due to the depletion of funds allocated by Congress. However, the United States intends to extend its ability to support Ukraine as long as possible until Congress votes on new assistance.
