The Lychakovsky District Court of Lvov found Kiva guilty under the following articles of the Criminal Code:

Part 3 Art. 109 – public calls for a violent change and overthrow of the constitutional order and the seizure of state power by a person who is a representative of the government, using the media;

Part 1 Art. 111 – high treason, that is, an act intentionally committed by a citizen of Ukraine to the detriment of the sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability, defense capability, state, economic or information security of Ukraine by providing assistance to a foreign state in carrying out explosive activities against Ukraine;

Part 2 Art. 436-1 – public use of symbols of the communist totalitarian regime, committed by a person who is a representative of the authorities)

Art. 436 – public calls for aggressive war.
The consideration of criminal proceedings was carried out in the form of special judicial proceedings in the absence of the accused (in absentia), since Kiva is hiding from the investigative authorities and the court on the territory of Russia.
