As of the end of October 2023, large units of the Wagner PIK were redistributed into the command structure of the Russian Guard and resumed active recruitment. The unit located under the Russian Guard may be headed by the son of the former head of the Wagnerites, Yevgeny Prigozhin, Pavel. This is stated in the new code of the British Ministry of Defense.
