As you know, this year Vladimir Putin’s foreign trips were affected by the arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court in The Hague on March 17. Moscow is simply afraid that the current president of the Russian Federation, a war criminal, can be arrested in most countries of the world.
Since the beginning of the year, Putin has only visited Kyrgyzstan and China. Some of his trips to other countries have been cancelled.
