The private military company Wagner, now run by the son of Yevgeny Prigozhin, has updated the recruitment of mercenaries.
The United States of America is concerned about the activity of the Russian PMC Wagner, in particular, the restoration of the recruitment of new militants to this group. US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said this in Washington on Wednesday, November 1, Ukrinform writes.
“Of course, we are always concerned about the activities of the Wagner group, whether in Ukraine or Africa,” said a US State Department spokesman.
According to him, this is why the United States, along with its partners, has taken steps to hold Wagner PMC representatives accountable for the crimes they committed.
Let’s remember that after the armed formation of Russian mercenaries PMC Wagner entered the Russian Guard, Pavel Prigozhin, the son of the deceased Yevgeny Prigozhin, became its head in order to “maintain the brand.”
Earlier we wrote that PMC Wagner announced its official transfer to the Russian Guard and returned to the war in Ukraine.
Earlier it became known that the ruling regime of the Russian Federation sent Wagner PMC units to attack Avdeevka.
