This was reported today, November 1, on the website of the Center for National Resistance.
It is noted that the rate of this preferential leasing of equipment is up to 8%, services are provided by the so-called Republican Leasing Company.
According to local reports, a significant fleet of equipment is stolen equipment from Ukrainian farms, the CNS notes. “Thus, the occupiers are not only looting the region, but also profiting from stolen valuables at the expense of Ukrainians.
It is noted that all farmers in the occupied part of the Kherson region are obliged to hand over their products to the occupation administration at fixed prices below market prices.
The latter already transfers this grain to its subsidiaries, which resell the products at market prices in the Russian Federation and beyond. Thus, the Gauleiters profit from the residents of the TOT at each stage of production, forcing them to still pay taxes, the CNS adds.
