    .

In the audio recording, a people’s deputy instructs a relative of his partner on how to register for travel abroad through a public organization controlled by him.

In the morning, the DBI and the SBU conducted searches at Dubinsky’s place in connection with a scheme for the illegal travel abroad of men of military age. According to the investigation, the people’s deputy illegally transported the brother of his common-law wife abroad.

Rakurs wrote that the searches took place at the places of work and residence of those involved in the scheme, as well as at the office of the public organization, where the reception of the MP is located.
