A “certain number” of citizens of other states captured by terrorists can be expected to be released.
Militants of the Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas have promised to release several foreign hostages held in the Gaza Strip. The spokesman for the so-called Al-Qassam Brigades, Abu Obeida, announced this on Tuesday, October 31, Al-Jazeera reports.
It was noted that they reported it through intermediaries.
“We have informed the mediators that we will release a certain number of foreigners in the next few days,” the statement said.
The militants did not specify the number or citizenship of those they intend to release.
Let’s remember that earlier terrorists from the Hamas group said they would release all Russian hostages because of their “close friendship” with Russia.
The IDF also reportedly announced the capture of a Hamas “military stronghold.”
