ASTRA, citing local residents, neighbors and relatives of those killed, reported that the murder was committed by a Russian serviceman.

In addition to the family of four (husband Andrei and wife Natalya, as well as their children Nastya and Nikita), five more people who were in the house were killed.

Journalist Denis Kazansky wrote that the day before, one of the men, Andrei Kapkanets, had a fight with Kadyrov’s men who were trying to “squeeze” his house. They decided to take revenge.
