Ukrzaliznytsia passengers and travelers should pay attention to the seasonal clock change, in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 509 “On the procedure for calculating time on the territory of Ukraine,” so as not to miss their flight. Please note that the departure and arrival times of trains in tickets for October 29 are indicated taking into account the translation of the clock hands.
Smartphones and other gadgets connected to the Internet switch to the new time automatically. Mechanical devices (or those connected to the Internet) must be translated manually.
At the same time, the seasonal change of clocks back an hour does not harm human health.
To keep your body in good shape, you should remember simple rules for its normal functioning. This is, first of all, complete nutrition – food should be rich in vitamins, fiber, micro- and macroelements, proteins, fats, carbohydrates.
