Heavy bombers from Russia’s so-called Military Space Force have not launched cruise missiles for more than a month, one of the longest pauses in a full-scale war.
UK intelligence, in a report on October 27, wrote that Russia almost certainly had to reduce the frequency of strikes to replenish its reduced stockpile of Kh-101 cruise missiles. The Russian Federation will likely begin using newly manufactured long-range missiles for winter strikes against Ukrainian energy infrastructure.
The latest Intelligence update on the situation in Ukraine is October 27, 2023.
