Janez Lenarcic condemned Russia’s deliberate attack on Ukraine’s civilian population and infrastructure.

European Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Management Janez Lenarcic visited the city of Irpin in the Kyiv region. He reported it to Twitter on Thursday, June 8th.

“Now I am in Irpin. I am very shocked by the atrocities committed here, as well as elsewhere. Civilians and civilian infrastructure should never be targeted, ever. Civilians and civilian infrastructure,” Lenarcic wrote.
