Many representatives of Russia and Russian minorities are fighting on the side of Ukraine, NSDC Secretary said.
The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Alexey Danilov, during the telethon, commented on the information about the creation of a unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the Russians and said that there will be more of them in the near future .
“Many representatives of Russia are fighting on our side, the Russian minorities who are definitely against the Putin regime, definitely against the Putin regime, and they are helping us in this fight,” he said.
According to Danilov, this is the only information he can make public.
“These cases are not isolated. I think in the near future we will see more than one battalion,” added the NSDC Secretary.
