The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine discussed with Sergei Shaptal and Nikolai Oleshchuk the issue of strengthening the Ukrainian air defense.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Valeriy Zaluzhny conducted work in one of the control centers of the Ukrainian Air Force command. He announced this on his Facebook page on Wednesday, October 25.
The Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Sergei Shaptala and Air Force Commander Nikolai Oleshchuk were present at the control point.
They discussed the main issues of strengthening air defense, the use of air weapons and coverage of critical infrastructure facilities during the autumn-winter period.
Zaluzhny thanked the pilots, anti-aircraft gunners, radio technical troops, electronic warfare, communications and logistics, intelligence, and Air Force specialists.
