This was reported today, October 24, on the website of the Center for National Resistance.
It is noted that in order to be able to strike ground targets in Ukraine, a deep modernization of the S-300 was carried out at the facilities of the Dubno Machine-Building Plant JSC named after Fedorov in the city of Dubno, Moscow Region.
However, thanks to caring locals, we know about the movement of Russian equipment, and therefore about the enemy’s intentions. Consequently, the implementation of these plans is doubtful, and there will be a reckoning for such actions, the CNS emphasizes and calls for reporting the location of the USSR personnel and enemy equipment via a link.
