The press service of the European Commission reported this today, October 24.
In total, our assistance to Ukraine amounts to almost 83 billion euros. And we continue to be on the side of Ukraine, offering another 50 billion euros by 2027,” the European Commission emphasizes.
It is noted that with this tranche of 1.5 billion euros, Ukraine has already received 15 billion euros this year, which goes towards covering “urgent financing needs thanks to stable, expected and significant financial support.”
The European Commission notes that this tranche was implemented after the commission noted on October 18 that Ukraine continues to make satisfactory progress in meeting the agreed conditions and complies with reporting requirements aimed at ensuring the transparent and efficient use of funds.
