This was reported by The Times of Israel.
Palestinian militants in the Gaza Strip continued to fire rockets at southern Israel, and the Israeli Air Force carried out strikes on Hamas targets last night.
The IDF said numerous Hamas command centers and underground infrastructure were hit throughout the day. Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant made an evening visit to the IDF assembly area near the Gaza border and “closely monitored the force’s readiness for the expansion of the campaign.” Tens of thousands of troops are gathered near the border with the Gaza Strip and are awaiting the start of a ground offensive.
Let us recall that yesterday Hamas released two hostages captured during the October 7 invasion and massacres in Israeli communities. American citizens Judith and Natalie Raanan returned to Israel and were supposed to be reunited with their relatives at a military base.
