This was reported in the Telegram channel of the governor of the Rostov region Vasily Golubev.
According to him, an air defense unit covering the territory of the Rostov region “destroyed an air target that was approaching the territory of the region.”
This allegedly happened at approximately 10:10 local time.
The head of the Rostov region assured that “there is no destruction or casualties on the ground.”
Meanwhile, local public pages and Telegram channels report that the sounds of explosions were heard in the city area, and footage of traces in the sky from missile flights was also published online.
