In connivance with the investigator, the prosecutor changed the suspicion previously presented to the perpetrator and brought suspicion against an apparently innocent man.
The State Investigation Bureau reported suspicions of a law enforcement officer and prosecutor from Zaporozhye who falsified documents about the attack on patrol police officers. This was reported by the press service of the State Bureau of Investigation.
It was noted that a few years ago, at one of the checkpoints in Zaporozhye, a group of young people for hooligan reasons fired in the direction of a police patrol. The hooligans were then jailed and criminal proceedings were initiated.
The supervisor of the investigation into the organizer of the attack is the senior prosecutor of the group of prosecutors of the Zaporozhye city prosecutor’s office. However, while he was on vacation, the case was “taken over” by the person involved – another prosecutor performing his duties.
According to the State Bureau of Investigation, the investigator was complicit, the prosecutor changed the suspicion that had previously been presented to the perpetrator and sentenced the suspicion against an obviously innocent man, who at the time of the crime was dying in the hospital.
Due to illegal actions, the perpetrator of the hooligan attack on the police escaped responsibility, and the man, who was held responsible by the attackers, died in the hospital.
“After the illegal decision was overturned on appeal, the court returned the indictment to the prosecutor, and the real culprit was again informed of the suspicion of committing a criminal offense,” the SBI said.
We remind you that the official of the State Emergency Service “forgot” to declare his wife’s property and received suspicion.
It was also reported that the former Deputy Minister of Justice is suspected of embezzling 10 million.
