Voice of America reports this with reference to the military. We are talking about 31 tanks.
The equipment was provided along with ammunition and spare parts.
All Ukrainians who trained on tanks with the American military in Germany also returned along with ammunition and spare parts for the tanks.
It may take some time before these tanks are deployed to the battlefield, U.S. military officials say. The Defense Force must check the availability of the necessary support elements and determine when and where to use tanks to achieve the greatest effect.
At the end of September, it was reported that the United States was considering sending up to 30 more Abrams tanks to Ukraine in addition to the previously promised 31 tanks of this type. The Messenger wrote about this, citing sources in the Pentagon.
