In particular, in the Zaporozhye direction, National Guard fighters from the “Red Kalina” brigade stormed the positions of the invaders and took control of them. They targeted the enemy with artillery fire. The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klimenko announced this on Facebook on September 17.
During the shelling, a group of special forces reconnaissance methodically moved along enemy trenches. The specialists destroyed Russian soldiers who got in their way. Thus, the enemy was gradually knocked out of position. The remaining enemies fled, leaving behind ammunition and weapons.
