The “military personnel” missed a total of 1,100 days of service, but regularly received financial support according to the center’s staffing schedule, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported on October 16.

As a result of such budget actions, damage amounting to almost UAH 1.5 million was caused.

It was established that the defendant brought football players from a local football club into military service in the TCC and JV security units. After taking the oath, seven football players served exclusively on paper, continuing to live their usual lives.

Rakurs reported that as part of the criminal proceedings, law enforcement officers conducted 34 authorized searches on the premises of the shopping center, a military unit, a football club, as well as at the places of residence of the defendants.

“Recruits” were given the opportunity to actually not undergo military service and receive monetary and material support from the state. Some of them played in matches as part of a football club from Prykarpattya.
