Street protests are taking place in several German cities in support of the Palestinian invasion of Israel.
Protecting Jewish institutions and schools, as well as maintaining peace in German cities, is a priority for the German authorities, who will use all legal means to deport supporters of Hamas from the country if necessary. German Interior Minister Nancy Feser said this on Sunday, October 15, in an interview with Bild.
According to him, against the backdrop of the escalation in the Middle East, the authorities have strengthened the security of Jewish sites in Germany and “take seriously the growing threat from Hamas supporters.”
“The German security authorities will use all legal, police and intelligence means against the Islamists. In addition, all legal possibilities will be used to expel Hamas supporters from Germany in the event of a threat from to them,” Feser said.
EU member states in a joint statement on the escalation in the Middle East condemned the actions of Hamas against Israel.
We remind you that US President Joe Biden next week will announce his request for additional funding, including the allocation of funds for Ukraine and Israel.
