This is the sixth day of particularly intense fighting for Avdeevka in the Donetsk region. The invaders are still trying to capture this settlement, but they have fewer resources to do so.

The head of the Avdeevka city military administration, Vitaly Barabash, spoke about this on air at the national telethon today, October 15, Channel 24 reports.
To be honest, since yesterday (October 14 – ed.) the temperature has been dropping. Not by much, not very significantly, but it is noticeable that they are already running out of steam. In my opinion, they have 15% less assault operations,” Barabash noted.
He also said that the intensity of the shelling has decreased somewhat, but the enemy still continues to attack the city using various types of weapons:
- in the past 24 hours alone, 18 shellings were recorded;
- However, a few days ago, the occupiers struck the Avdeevka community 31 times.
They use everything: guns, hail, mortars, guided bombs. One piece of debris was marked for August 2023, he noted.
