According to him, the city center is now without power and repair work is being carried out.
This morning the Russians dropped aerial bombs on Kherson. A critical infrastructure object was hit, after which communications in the city deteriorated, the Internet and power supply disappeared. A few hours later, local authorities reported that power had been restored in a number of areas, particularly in the center of Kherson.
