In the Kupyansk direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled five attacks by the occupiers, and another five near Makeyevka, Lugansk region, and Torskoye, Donetsk region. The defenders also hold the line in the Avdeevka direction, where they repulsed eight attacks in the Avdeevka area and seven more attacks near Tonenky and Pervomaisky, Donetsk region. This is stated in the evening report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for October 14.
And in the Maryinsky direction, within 24 hours the Defense Forces successfully repelled 10 enemy attacks in the Maryinka area. The enemy tried to repel the lost positions in the Robotinoy area of the Zaporozhye region – five attacks were unsuccessful.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine are not only defending themselves, but also continuing the offensive operation in the Melitopol and Bakhmut directions.
Air Force aviation carried out 12 strikes on areas where personnel, weapons and military equipment were concentrated, and two on enemy anti-aircraft missile systems. The missile forces hit the enemy control center and two artillery pieces.
Let us remind you that the situation in the Kupyansky and Limansky directions has worsened significantly in recent days, because the Russians launched an offensive in the Makeevka area and in the Kupyansky direction.
