Zelensky’s peace formula, to which most civilized countries are inclined, does not provide for Russia’s participation in it.
The subject of negotiations with the Russian Federation is not at the level of official and unofficial rhetoric, nor is it at the level of hints. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said this on Friday, October 13, in an interview with Natalya Moseychuk, speaking about Zelensky’s latest visit to Washington.
“The topic of negotiations is not at the level of official rhetoric. Not at the level of unofficial rhetoric. And not at the level of hints. Because everyone understands that Russia does not want these negotiations. And Ukraine is cannot agree to negotiations while there are Russian occupation troops on its territory,” – said Kuleba.
He stressed that Moscow itself is not interested in conducting a dialogue.
“Russia wants to fight,” emphasized Kuleba.
The Foreign Minister indicated that today it is not the topic of negotiations that dominates, but the topic of President Zelensky’s Peace Formula. At the same time, as the minister said, the theme of the Zelensky Peace Formula does not imply Russia’s participation.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has said that Russia’s all-out war against Ukraine is in its final stages, and it may be the most difficult yet.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said that the only document on the basis of which negotiations with Russia can take place is the Peace Formula.
