Ukrainians will not be able to avoid mobilization, because the state will be able to identify the men in one way or another.

Now the authorities have the opportunity to identify citizens subject to mobilization, even if they have not updated their data in the Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support. Also, persons liable for military service will be “seen” if they are not listed in the electronic register of persons liable for military service. Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Natalya Kalmykova stated this during the telethon.
Even if a person is not in the Register of Persons liable for Military Service, the state will be able to find him in other registers,” she noted.
Kalmykova noted that in the modern world people leave a “digital trace,” so those liable for military service will be discovered.
She advised citizens to voluntarily report to the TCC and “find a unit in which you want to serve and mobilize.”
Let us recall that in early October, former British Defense Minister Ben Wallace said that Ukraine needs to actively recruit young people for military service in order to maintain the pace of the counter-offensive. Now the average age of soldiers at the front is more than 40 years.
