On Friday, October 13, PACE adopted a resolution that recognizes Russian President Putin as a dictator and Russia as a dictatorship. The assembly also called on all countries to comply with the arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court for Putin and arrest him. Alexey Goncharenko, a member of the Ukrainian delegation to PACE, reported this on Telegram.
According to him, PACE called on all countries after March 2024 to consider Putin an illegitimate president and to stop all contacts with him. That’s when the dictator’s presidential term will expire.
Despite the presence of representatives of Armenia, Serbia and Turkey in PACE, this decision was made unanimously! – noted Goncharenko.
Let us recall that in July Russia put on the wanted list the judge of the International Criminal Court, Tomoko Akane, who issued an arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin and children’s ombudsman Maria Lvovskaya-Belova.
