The Russian invaders captured one of the special forces of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
As a result of the landing of soldiers of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in the temporarily occupied Crimea on October 4, a fierce battle took place. A Ukrainian soldier was captured by the Russians. This was announced by GUR representative Andrey Yusov at the telethon.
“We will not publish new data, but yes, we can confirm that there were losses, including one prisoner, and the losses were disproportionate to the losses of the enemy,” he said.
According to Yusov, Ukraine will do everything to ensure that every captured defender returns home.
“The Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War and, finally, the entire team of the Security and Defense Forces are working here. Ukraine will continue to do everything to remove the occupation of our territories and return the lands and the people,” added the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate.
