The corresponding decree No. 686/2023 dated October 10 was published on the website of the Office of the President.

By another decree – No. 685/2023 – Zelensky relieved Lunin of his temporary duties as head of the Poltava Regional State Administration.
Pronin has a higher economic and legal education. From 2005 to 2008, he was the chief specialist of the Department of Analytical Work at the State Committee for Financial Monitoring of Ukraine.
From 2008 to 2010, he worked in the Ukrainian office of KPMG, where he was responsible for the creation and development of an independent financial investigations group.
From 2010 to 2017 he worked at the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine.
In 2017, he headed the Department for Identification and Tracing of Assets of ARMA, and since January 2020, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Agency for Tracing and Tracing Assets.
