“Following major attacks by Hamas in Israel, Bulgaria flew 90 citizens out of Tel Aviv on a government plane,” the statement said.
It is known that the Airbus plane, which took off on Sunday from Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv, landed in Sofia around 18:00 local time.
Before this, Romania removed 346 of its citizens from Israel. Poland and Hungary also announced evacuation flights.
