    According to the minister, the punishment for those liable for military service who left Ukraine illegally during the war should be guided by the “golden mean” rule. At the same time, the state must develop a common approach to this problem, the minister said in a conversation with the UP.

    Klimenko did not rule out that an administrative fine might be used as punishment after returning to Ukraine.

    Of course, if they drove with fake documents, this is already criminal liability,” the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized.
