The Mariupol City Council announced this in a Telegram.
The occupiers are fighting the “dissemination of extremist materials” in Mariupol. Three schoolchildren were detained. The invaders accused three 9th grade students of allegedly “creating a negative image of Russia” and “distributing nationalist symbols” in a closed Telegram group,” the report says.
Russian propagandists describe the “crimes” of Ukrainian schoolchildren in such a way that they “spit on the V symbol,” “mockered” at the St. George ribbons, the Russian tricolor and painted the sign of the “Azov” battalion.
Previously, one could see that invaders throw out even Lesya Ukrainka’s books, the city council added.
According to preliminary estimates, Russian invaders destroyed 180 thousand books and four libraries in Mariupol.
