Lysenko, elected from the Batkivshchyna party, allegedly decided to make money from garbage and tariffs and demanded money from a company dealing with household waste.
The SBU, together with the NABU, detained Lysenko red-handed – at the time of receiving part of the tranche, namely 1.4 million UAH. And this is only part of the money – in total this year the mayor has allegedly already received 2.1 million UAH. bribes.
Along with him, the SBU also detained the director of the city’s infrastructure department. They are currently undergoing searches.
The NABU reported that the total amount of unlawful benefit is UAH 2 million 130 thousand, and pre-qualification is part 4 of Art. 368 (bribery of a person providing public services) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
