The sound of an explosion was heard in the village of Pogar, Bryansk region. Local residents counted at least four explosions. After this, a large-scale fire started at the local substation, and the village was left without electricity supply. The governor of the region, Alexander Bogomaz, announced an air attack.
It was also loud in the Belgorod region. Local governor Vyacheslav Gladkov announced in Telegram that air defense had been activated over Belgorod and the Belgorod region; air targets were allegedly shot down on approach to the city. As always, the Russian regime announced the “absence” of destruction and casualties.
And the Russian Ministry of Defense stated that the area was allegedly attacked from the Uragan multiple launch rocket system. The department of the aggressor country announced that “all shells were shot down.”
However, local publics write that S-300 missiles launched by the Russian military themselves exploded in the region.
Let us recall that on September 28, a drone of the Security Service of Ukraine disabled the Russian Kasta radar station in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation. The object was destroyed near the village of Giryi in the Belovsky district.
