In particular, the enemy is strengthening the defense of Tokmak and building a new line of fortifications along the way to Berdyansk. Meanwhile, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to work at the tactical level in the Zaporozhye region in the Orekhovsky direction near the village of Robotino. This was stated by Estonian intelligence, ERR reports.
It is noted that the Ukrainian military in the southern direction expanded and strengthened the bridgehead, and also reached the vicinity of the villages of Novoprokopovka and Verbovoye. The main work is now done by the infantry. For it is precisely for the assault on fortified positions that tactical groups supported by artillery are well suited. And the minefields equipped by the invaders still continue to hinder the advance of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ equipment.
Let us recall that on September 27, the American Institute for the Study of War stated that the Ukrainian Armed Forces seem to have broken through the Russian defense line in the Robotino-Verbovoye sector. And the so-called Russian military officers say that Ukrainian troops have already passed through minefields and anti-tank fortifications – the so-called dragon’s teeth on the Robotino-Verbovo line.
